- General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These Terms of Use set forth the procedures by which users may use the Website, the information available on it, and its application and reservation functions, as well as the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the user.
1.2. By using the Website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
1.3. If the user does not agree to these Terms, use of the Website is not permitted.
1.4. The information provided on the Website is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Service Request and Reservation
2.1. The Website may offer online reservations or requests for auto glass repair, replacement, ADAS system calibration, and other related services.
2.2. An online booking is considered a customer request and does not constitute a final confirmation of service provision.
2.3. The final scope, price, and completion date of the service may be adjusted following a vehicle inspection or diagnostic check.
2.4. The service provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service for technical, safety, or other objective reasons.
- Intellectual Property
3.1. All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphic elements, images, icons, videos, the reservation system, data structure, and software solutions (hereinafter – Content) is the intellectual property of AUTO-GLASS. LV, SIA or its partners.
3.2. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or using the Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of AUTO-GLASS.LV, SIA is prohibited.
3.3. Automated data collection (scraping), copying the Website’s functionality, or replicating its technical solutions is not permitted.
- Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If a service contract is concluded remotely, the consumer has the right within 14 days to withdraw from the contract in accordance with consumer protection laws and regulations.
4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- the service has been fully completed, and the customer has consented to the commencement of the service during the withdrawal period;
- the service or goods have been custom-made.
4.3. If the provision of the service has begun but has not been completed within the withdrawal period, the Service Provider is entitled to request payment for the portion of the service actually provided.
4.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the Service Provider by calling +371 20390280 and send the completed Withdrawal Form via email to: info@auto-glass.lv

- Warranty and Liability
5.1. AUTO-GLASS.LV, SIA ensures that services are provided professionally, in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical requirements and industry best practices.
5.2. Warranty terms may vary depending on the service provided or the parts used and are specified in the invoice, work order, or other accompanying document.
5.3. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by:
- damage to other systems or components of the vehicle (e.g., ADAS sensors, wiring, electronic control units);
- as a result of repairs or interference performed by third parties;
- due to improper operation, a traffic accident, or external circumstances.
5.4. The customer is entitled to submit any claims not directly related to the quality of the repairs performed or the replaced parts no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the service.
5.5. The information published on the website cannot be considered technical or legal advice.
- Dispute Resolution
6.1. Any disputes between the customer and the Service Provider shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.
6.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC) or to use other dispute resolution mechanisms provided for by law.
6.3. Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court shall be heard by a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Changes to the Terms of Use
7.1. AUTO-GLASS.LV, SIA reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.
7.2. The current version is always available on the Website and takes effect upon publication.
7.3. The Customer agrees that by continuing to purchase goods and/or services from AUTO-GLASS.LV, SIA after changes to the Terms have been made, he or she confirms his or her acceptance of all such changes.
